- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1⁄2 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup natural-style peanut butter (no sugar or salt added)
- 1 egg
- 1 banana, mashed

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Turn out on floured surface and knead until firm, a little more flour may be needed.
- Roll to 1/2" thickness, cut with cookie cutter, or pizza wheel.
- Bake for 35 minutes, then turn off heat, let biscuits stand in oven for 2 hours.
