A quick, delicious, healthy milkshake!
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 2 -3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 2 scoops low-fat vanilla ice cream
- In blender, place banana, peanut butter and milk.
- Cover and blend well.
- Add ice cream, cover and blend until smooth.
I enjoy watching kids drink this milkshake. In addition to the above ingredients, I also add 1 tbsp. of plain honey and 1 more scoop of ice cream. I use 5 tbsps. of smooth Peanut butter. This goes so well on a hot sunny day!
