- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1⁄4 cup green onion
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 lb ground turkey

GINGER PEACH SAUCE
- 1⁄4 cup peach preserves
- 2 tablespoons golden raisins
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
- hot cooked rice
directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
- Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well.
- Shape into balls and place in 8 inch square microwave safe dish.
- In a separate bowl combine sauce ingredients.
- Pour over the meatballs.
- Cover and microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.
- Serve over rice.
