  1. I made this using beyond meat grilled chicken strips, Trader Joe's Fall Harvest Salsa, and Marcy Jams! Spiced Peach jam. The result was wonderful. Both DH and I enjoyed the blend of sweet and spicy. I served it with brown rice and steamed broccoli on the side.

  2. Fast, easy & delicious - what more could you ask for!! I used 4 boneless chicken thighs and it made just enough dinner for two. Great tasting sauce. Thanks!

  4. Oh so easy & full of flavor! I used 2 large chicken breasts & needed a touch more sauce to make 4 full servings. Served over Spanish rice, this was a quick & tasty dinner. Thanks for posting!

  5. This was yummy chicken. It goes together so quickly that I was able to have dinner on the table in no time. I doubled the sauce ingredients and served over rice. We loved the sweet sauce/cilantro combination. My family enjoyed this dish very much and I will definitely be making this again. Thank you for sharing.
