This is from the book, Smoothies 50 Recipes for High Energy Refreshment. I love this smoothie, it is the perfect blend of peaches and raspberries.
- 1 1⁄2 cups chopped frozen peaches
- 1 cup low-fat sugar-free peach yogurt or 1 cup fat free sugar free peach yogurt (to make vegan, use a soy peach yogurt, O'Soy is a good one)
- 3⁄4 cup peach nectar (or more, as needed to blend)
- 1⁄2 cup frozen raspberries
