This is an adaptation of my favorite cobbler recipe to be a little lighter.
- 1⁄2 cup Splenda granular
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1⁄2 cup calorie countdown skim milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups frozen peaches, thawed or
- Combine all ingredients except the fruit and pour into a 8 inch square pan coated with cooking spray.
- Add desired fruit.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
- If desired, top with whipped topping. YUM!
