This was so good. I made it this morning for breakfast.
- 3 peaches, fresh,peeled & pitted
- 1 large banana
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt or 1 cup yogurt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon almond extract
- Put in blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses.
I agree with you. This not only looks so "inviting" but tastes equally satisfying! I had it and just it for a quick lunch this afternoon. I think it is really a "DREAM" shake :) Thanks for sharing!
This was breakfast for me and the twins. We all loved it. Peach and bananas go well together and the almond extract was a great idea. Very yummy. I partially froze the peach and banana to make a slushier drink. Thanks Dancer^.
