Peachy Applesauce Salad

- 236.59 ml carbonated lemon-lime beverage
- 9.44 g package jell-o sugar-free peach gelatin mix
- 236.59 ml unsweetened applesauce
- 473.18 ml Cool Whip
- 0.61 ml nutmeg
- 0.61 ml vanilla
- 1 fresh peach, peeled and chopped
directions
- In a saucepan bring soda to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in gelatin, until dissolved.
- Add applesauce and chill until partially set.
- Fold in whipped topping, nutmeg, vanilla and peach.
- Chill until firm.
