  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Beat first 6 ingredients with a mixer for 2 minutes and put in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • Drain peach slices, reserving juice.
  • Place peaches in rows on top of crust mixture.
  • Beat cream cheese, peach juice, and sugar together.
  • Carefully spoon on top of peaches.
  • Sprinkle with topping mixture and bake 30-40 minutes.
