This is so good if you are a peach lover

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (9 inch) pie crusts, baked and chilled
  • 5 -6 ripe peaches, peeled and halved
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 13 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • whipped cream (optional)


  1. Arrange peach halves, pitted side up in a baked shell. Combine cream, vanilla, eggs and a 1/4 sugar, beat until well blended. Pour around peaches in shell. Dot the tops of peaches with butter; sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour, until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
  2. Serves 6.
