  • Pre-heat oven to 350.
  • Butter 10 inch deep dish pie pan.
  • Combine flour, pudding, salt& baking powder.
  • Add butter, egg& milk.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Arrange peach slices on batter in a nice spiral pattern~ sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar In small bowl combine cream cheese, sugar& 4 tablespoons peach syrup.
  • Mix for 2 minutes Carefully spoon cream cheese mixture on peaches to about a 1/2 inch from edge.
  • Bake for 35 minutes.
  • Remove and cool on rack completely.
  • Refrigerate before serving.

  1. The recipe has become a Family favorite as well. I have made a slight change though. I have added 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla powder to the cinnamon and sugar that is sprinkled over the peaches. The vanilla powder adds a depth, and smoothness to the taste. Just delicious

  4. This was a wonderful pie. It was easy to make and cut beautifully. I think it may be even nice with canned pears.
     
  5. It's the cinnamon. Or is it the cream cheese? We argue about this frequently at our house! I think the cinnamon, along with the peaches and cream cheese are what makes this dessert sing. My daughter thinks it's the cream cheese and the "crust"...either way, we adore this recipe. Creamy, rich and decadent, it's my favorite dessert. Thanks, Tami!
