This is wonderful and low in calories too. The barbecued peaches taste great and the lime dressing is perfect over the salad and chicken and peaches. We'll definitely have this again and the only thing I would do is increase the chopped chili to 2 teaspoons (I used fresh jalapeno).
First time we ever grilled peaches-- what a treat! Dry rub, glaze, and dressing work well together. We charcoal grill so for the peaches dh used a metal basket with holes all over and oiled. The peaches were placed on coolest area of grate and took a bit less than 8 minutes and the chicken about 12. Peach was firm but came out really sweet. Served with Roasted Brussels Sprouts With Apple and Pancetta and Orange Scented Couscous.
