If I had read the reviews before I made this recipe, I wouldn't have. I too looked at the ingredients wet in one bowl and dry in another and thought this will not work, but I didn't want to through everything away and waste them. I thought my biggest concern was that my bread machine would not be able to mix the wet and dry ingredients well enough, so I mixed them myself. In doing that I could see that the moisture that would come from the peaches would solve the problem. I was still apprehensive, but I got a moist, fluffy, beautiful big loaf of really good bread. It isn't as peachy as I hoped it would be, but that is not a problem for me. I did use canned peaches, I think that if you are going to use frozen peaches, that you will need to thaw them first.

Come on, look at the ratio of wet to dry ingredients. As I loaded the bread machine I realized this was not going to work. I went by the recipe and used frozen peaches. I think the frozen peaches didn't have the same water content as the fresh or canned peaches. I added 4T of water when the dough was not forming up but that helped very little.
