READY IN: 30mins
Recipe by KellyMac6

Dessert recipe that came with my immersion blender manual. Layered in tall glasses or goblets it makes an elegant dessert for a dinner party. Chill time not included.

Sorry about making the following changes, but it couldn't be helped this time around ~ I cut the recipe in half, didn't do the fancy presentation, & had to use canned peaches! So, when it came time to cook the peaches & zest (Step 2) I just put them in & heated them for about 5 minutes! All that said, I will be making this more than once in the future, & I fully plan to do the whole presentation as given here, & for company, too ~ AND, it'll all be done with fresh peaches! Thanks for sharing a very nice keeper of a recipe! [Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in the current round of Pick A Chef]
