This a quick and easy dessert. great for just two people.
Directions:
1
Place sliced peach in a small serving dish.

Sprinkle with brown sugar and spoon sour cream on top.

Sprinkle with pecans.

Peaches are at their best right now, and I couldn't resist trying this for breakfast. LOL The sour cream was a different choice, as I have always used half and half, heavy cream, ice cream, yogurt, or even milk for my peaches and cream. This was excellent. Thanks for posting.

I was pleased to find this when I wanted a 5 minute way to dress up fresh peaches for supper! You wouldn't think sour cream would taste that great, but it does. It almost tasted like yogurt, so I can see that being a good substitute.
