- 4 peeled and quartered peaches
- 8 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat milk
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 dash ground nutmeg
- ice cube
- Blend in blender while adding ice cubes one at a time until thick and smooth.
I tweaked the recipe to meet our needs - frozen peaches, fat free yogurt, fat free milk, succanat instead of brown sugar and it was still extremely yummy. It was very quick and easy to make.
Simple and delicious. I used plain greek yogurt and a mix of fresh and frozen peaches. Love the nutmeg.
