  1. A lovely way to drink wine that doesn't suit the palate by itself, very refreshing!

  2. I upped the amount of Peach Schnapps to 2 ounces and made mine "stirred NOT shaken" and poured it over ice in the glass. The results were just peachy for my taste. I just loved it and I love that it does not need to be mixed with soda as so many wine coolers do. This IS a keeper. Thanks.

  3. Very nice! I picked out this recipe to salvage a white wine that I couldn't bear to drink alone (Vinho Verde, a grapefruity and mildly bubbly wine that tastes like a mix of champagne and sprite). I also used Dole's Orange-Peach-Mango juice blend because it was on hand, so no pineapple. It made a very nicely balanced drink - it would be good for serving at showers and similar parties as well, IMO. Thanks!

  4. Very good. I used a Chardonnay and upped the pineapple juice just a bit. It's fresh- and fruity-tasting without being too sweet. :)

  5. I found this quite refreshing, not sickeningly sweet like most wine coolers. The only disappointment was it did not taste like peach at all to me. All I could taste for flavorings with the wine were the juices.
