  1. Terrific. Served it over vanilla ice cream.

  2. Had some peaches that were about to become peach mush, so I quickly whipped this up last night to go with waffles this morning. The orange juice and lemon juice give this a great extra zip. I also threw in about 1 tbsp candied ginger. What I wasn't crazy about was that this didn't thicken up at all. I added a little cornstarch slurry at the end to try to get it a little more syrupy. Thanks Ratherbeswimmin!

  3. PEACHY SUNDAES!! Really Gooood and easy to serve. I whipped out a tray of pre-scooped little bowls of ice cream from the freezer for a group of 15, put a vanilla wafer cookie sticking out, then poured over a serving of this peachy topping and a little shot of whip cream. Everyone was impressed! It was a tasty surprise and not too sweet. Great use of summer fruit!
