  • 1 egg white
  • 1 uncooked pastry shells
  • 34 cup flour
  • 12 cup packed brown sugar
  • 13 cup sugar
  • 14 cup butter, cut in cubes
  • 6 cups sliced peaches

Directions

  1. Beat egg white until foamy; brush over bottom and sides of pastry.
  2. Mix flour and sugars; cut in butter until crumbly.
  3. Sprinkle 2/3rds in bottom of shell; top with peaches.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
  5. Bake at 375* for 45 minutes, or until bubbly.
