Truly Delicious with the right amount of sweetness and perfect for the summer! I used fresh orange juice for orange juice and low-fat yoghurt as I had that on hand. I used 2 1/2 cups of fresh juicy peaches and about 1 1/3 cups of fresh orange juice. I had this instead of heading for the Hershey's chocolate syrup bottle in the refrigerator:) Thank You for sharing this! Will repeat it as often as possible.

I used fresh orange juice and brown sugar. I find that plain yogurt yields a better flavor than sour cream. I used sour cream when I was out of yogurt and hubby and I didn't like the sharp taste it lent it quite as much, though we still slirped it all up. This makes a refreshing and unique appetizer!

This is a quick easy soup to serve on a hot summer day. Used cooled canned and partially frozen peaches along with the juice from the can. Instead of the yogurt I added 2 tablespoons of silken tofu. Nice creamy and the partially frozen peaches "quick chilled" the soup. It was ready to serve immediately.
