Apricot or raspberry liqueur or amaretto could be substituted in the this recipe.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons peach schnapps
  • 1 12 cups heavy cream
  • 12 cup sugar


  1. Combine peaches and schnapps, mashing a bit. Set aside.
  2. Cook 1/2 cup cream and sugar over low heat until the sugar is melted. Remove from heat and pour over peaches along with the remaining cream. Refrigerate until well chilled.
  3. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer.
