Oh yeah! Here's the sauce for you! Great on everything from poultry to ice cream to bread pudding! Super easy!
- 1 (1 lb) cancling peach slices, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1⁄4 teaspoon almond extract
- Drain the peaches well, cut into pieces.
- Whip cream until slightly thickened, beat in egg yolk.
- Drizzle in honey, continue beating until thick and creamy.
- Fold in peaches and extract.
- Stir well before serving.
