I got this from the 5 a day website. It equals 3 servings of fruits.
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
- 3⁄4 orange juice
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat peach yogurt
- Blend all ingredients well in blender and drink.
Made for Farmer's Market Tag Summer 2009. This was a very good smoothie and very low fat. I did add a little bit of honey to cut the tartness of the orange juice (personal preference). Will definitely make this again as it makes a great portable breakfast. Thanks for posting this Coffee!
