- 2 cups fresh ripe peach slices
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 1⁄3 cups pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
directions
- Add peaches and sugar to a bowl; toss to mix.
- Cover and chill 10 minutes.
- Add peach mixture and juices to the container of an electric blender.
- Process until smooth.
- Pour into 14 (1/4-cup) plastic pop molds.
- Insert plastic pop sticks.
- Freeze at least 4-5 hours.
