This is a great topping for pancakes, waffles or French toast.
- 4 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 3 plums, pitted and sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄3 cup maple syrup
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large frying pan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the fruit is tender, about 8 minutes.
- Serve warm over waffles, pancakes or French toast.
