- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 3⁄4 cup vanilla yogurt (nonfat is great!)
- 2 cups peaches, sliced, frozen or fresh
- 1 handful of crushed ice (about 4 ice cubes)
directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.

This is a really nice smoothie with a refreshing peachy taste to it. I used fresh peaches, but think next time Ill freeze them first to get a thicker shake.
