If you like peaches, you will love this smoothie! You can use whatever kind of milk you like - skim works great with this too. This recipe if from the Dairy Farmers of Canada. Enjoy!
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 3⁄4 cup vanilla yogurt (nonfat is great!)
- 2 cups peaches, sliced, frozen or fresh
- 1 handful of crushed ice (about 4 ice cubes)
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
This is a really nice smoothie with a refreshing peachy taste to it. I used fresh peaches, but think next time Ill freeze them first to get a thicker shake. Loved the use of yogurt and how healthy this was.

Very nice tasting smoothie, even if I did omit the ice cubes & increased the amount of milk probably by about another half cup or so! Also used frozen peach slices for a nice frosty chill! Thanks for the recipe! [Made & reviewed in Newest Zaar Tag]
