  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 34 cup vanilla yogurt (nonfat is great!)
  • 2 cups peaches, sliced, frozen or fresh
  • 1 handful of crushed ice (about 4 ice cubes)

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  1. This is a really nice smoothie with a refreshing peachy taste to it. I used fresh peaches, but think next time Ill freeze them first to get a thicker shake.   2. Very nice tasting smoothie, even if I did omit the ice cubes & increased the amount of milk probably by about another half cup or so! Also used frozen peach slices for a nice frosty chill! Thanks for the recipe! [Made & reviewed in Newest Zaar Tag]
