1. Made these exactly as the recipe says to and they were amazing. I used fresh peaches and didn't have to add or omit anything. My daughter loved the topping and I had mine with pure maple syrup both ways were delicious!

  2. Can't really rate it since I had to make changes. I was out of milk and replaced with the juice from frozen peaches mixed with water to make 1.5 cups. Had to omit eggs and sugar too. Plenty of sugar in the peach juice. It was way too thick so I also added some applesauce along with more water. Used 2 Tablespoons of baking powder and result was very fluffy healthier pancake!

  3. I doubled these and used the juice out of the can for 3/4 cup of the milk. They were wonderful pancakes but we couldn't taste the peaches. I used canned peaches so I don't know if that was part of the problem or not but next time I will be using frozen. Used with Recipe #72157 Vanilla Peach Syrup.

  4. These were good. They turned out nice and fluffy with a "peachy" taste. I wasn't impressed with the cinnamon sugar on top, but they do need some extra sweetness. I had an extra peach so I sliced it on top. I think whipped cream would be nice.

  5. Batter was very thick--needed to add at least 1/2 cup more milk to get it thin enough. The end result was not the fluffy pancake I prefer. They could use more cinnamon and the flavor of the peach doesn't really come through.

  2. Very good! I left out the salt and the margarine, and added 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to the dry ingredients. We ate the pancakes with maple syrup instead of the cinnamon sugar and butter.

The little cutie here is Martha, the sweet lady I was blessed to have worked with for two years. Martha passed away on 12/3/08. Martha and I would ride endlessly during the holidays, and she would sing carols and laugh and just enjoy it so much. I know this holiday season, she will be with her brother, son and mother and finally be "home". Martha, I still love you more. ******* I'm a simple girl, born of good stock. I'm the mamma of two spoiled tuxedo cats: Beauregard and Patches (the one who's been drinking eggnog). They love cuddling together, and this picture is taken on my hall steps. I'm a firm believer in LOA. I need to get more dedicated to daily practice. Below is a film that explains it, and is wonderful. I highly recommend it. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* This is Beau enjoying his computer. He's quite good at deleting messages, making the desktop disappear (as is his brother). As of 10/1/06, this is how I'll rate recipes. I will be changing some previous reviews. 5*~~Outstanding recipe--the best of the best here. 4*~~Something I find delicious; will make often; would serve to guests. 3*~~Something I might fix again; enjoyed; needed something added before I try again 2*~~Something I could finish, but would never try again, regardless of additions or subtractions 1*~~Could not finish it; would not even make possums suffer with this (I haven't found many of these--only one of my own that I grabbed from the internet!!)
