This was pretty simple to assemble. I used fresh peaches (using the sample amount 28 oz.) The taste was awesome but the yield amount if way off. Did not get 6 - 8oz jars. So if you are making this for a group of gifts you probably should double but if this is just for the family it makes a nice amount. Will make again..

Very good. Mine was SUPER sweet with 3 cups of sugar (I did 1 cup Splenda, 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup regular sugar). I didn't have cloves, so I subbed all spice with excellent results. Could not have been easier. I did get six 8 oz jars and tied rafia bows on them to give as gifts. Very cute.

This was so easy to make and turned out delicious! I only had two cans of apricots so I cut the recipe in half and only used one cup of sugar. It still turned out very sweet and absolutely yummy. I got 3 - 8oz. jars and will definitely be making this again. Thanks for a simple, great recipe!
