This is a very light and refresing salad - makes a pretty presentation, too. I make in the spring -especially around Easter.

Directions

  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
  2. Add ice cream and mix well, until almost completely dissolved.
  3. Refridgerate- when partially set, fold in whipped topping and peaches.
