  1. Late review. I made this for Christmas 2014 and OMG was it a hit! Several people said it was the best mimosa they had EVER had. My only regret is that I did not double the recipe! People wanted more but I was out of ingredients!

  2. Really good! I made this in a pitcher and used Spumante instead of Brut champagne, and added only 1/3 cup grenadine. I think I found the perfect mimosa! Thanks!

  3. These were tasty but a bit too sweet. I'm not sure if it was cause we had small champagne glasses, so the ratio of grenadine to champagne was high. I think if we used wine glasses they would be a better ratio. So if you have small glasses use less grenadine would be my advice. Still great and the crowd was wowed by them. :)

  4. This is a wonderful way to serve champagne! The combination of flavors in this drink go so well together to produce an almost exotic taste and feeling of southern hospitality. I can see a new favorite cropping into evening cocktails ; ) Thanks, NimrodCook!

  5. Very sweet and delish!

I was one of the original members of Recipezaar that was truly a community of individuals that enjoyed each other in forums and chat rooms. I've been a member of this site since 2003. Made some tremendous friends that I still think of often. I'll continue coming here because my recipes are here and so many more that I tried over the years as a member. It's just a tad boring now and just another recipe site like all the rest. Sad.
