  • Heat raspberry jam until warm (not boiling). Place the scoop of ice cream in the bottom of a sherbet glass.
  • Top with raspberry jam
  • Cover with a peach half.
  • Spoon on red currant jelly and Grand Marnier.
  • Serve and enjoy!
