- 28.34 g superfine sugar
- 59.14 ml boiling water
- 340.19 g ice cubes
- 1 mango, flesh chopped
- 1 peach, stone removed
- 22.18 ml lime juice, strained
- 88.72 ml white rum
directions
- Dissolve the sugar in boiling water and leave to cool.
- Pour into a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Serve straight away in chilled tall glasses.
