  1. Wow! Mega moist and delicious...I made 5 mini loaves instead of the 2 8X4 loaves. Adjusted bake time to 35 minutes. I had about a 1/4 cup of mashed peaches left, so I made a peach compote. While the loaves were still warm, I glazed them with the compote too. Delicious!!

  2. Delish! Sooo glad this recipe made two loaves -- there will be plenty for breakfast and snacks plus some to share with my wonderful neighbor. Used the food processor to chop the peaches as they didn't mash well by hand. These loaves turned out moist and full of flavor -- my house smells wonderful. Made for Everyday is a Holiday tag, July, 2013.

  3. This is a great sweet bread recipe! I used canned peaches (drained well) so I didn't have to use any lemon juice. I made these in mini ceramic loaf pans and got 6 small loaves. The spicing is just right, enhancing but not overpowering the peaches, and I loved the addition of all those pecans. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

  4. I just did not find this recipe sweet enough. It actually was quite flavourless. I kind of saved it by toasting the loaf and spreading with homemade peach jam, which worked, but still would not bake again.

  5. After reading over the recipe, I thought these would be very tasty, especially with the great-tasting peaches I'd bought, so I made the whole thing & a neighbor couple were the happy recipients of the second loaf! I was very generous with the orange zest, & really loved its flavor along with the peaches! Certainly a keeper recipe! Thanks for sharing it!
