Peach Jell-O

"This is just delicious either as a salad or dessert. It's another easy recipe that kids can cook with supervision. From the kitchen of Wanda Hicks Mathis, Cairo MO."

ingredients

• 2 (3 ounce) packages peach Jell-O
• 1 (5 ounce) package vanilla pudding, not instant
• 3 cups water
• 2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 3 1⁄2 cups sliced peaches, canned

directions

1. Pour water on Jell-O and pudding.
2. Beat with whisk while cooking until mixture begins to boil. Turn off burner and add marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows have melted.
3. Stir in 1 large can sliced peaches including juice.
4. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
