    I love peaches and to make it into an ice cream is always great too. fun to eat in those hot summer evenings after a backyard bbq. cooking time is ripening time of fruit in sugar

    Directions:

      cut up 1 pound of peaches and put in a bowl.

      pour 1/2 cup sugar on peach pieces and place in refridgerator overnight.

      either process in a food processor till pureed or press through a sieve

      mix throughly with milk, cream, and sugar

      process according to ice cream machine instructions.
