A fruity gelato!
- Heat milk and add eggs.
- Cook until thickened--about 6 to 8 minutes.
- Add pureed peaches, lemon juice, and 1/4 c sugar.
- Add peach mixture to milk base.
- Refrigerate at least two hours.
- Freeze in an ice cream maker per instructions.
This was AWESOME OPOSSUM for sure!!! (I did whole eggs in place of egg substitute...)
