- 2 cups peaches, pureed
- 2 cups milk, cold
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla
- 500 ml vanilla ice cream
directions
- Combine peach puree milk and juice.
- Beat until smooth.
- Add vanilla and ice cream.
- Beat again till smooth.
- Serve in tall glasses.

After several floods to my basement, I am starting to input all of the many many recipes that I've been collecting for years. I didn't realize just how many I had saved up... must make note to self.. step away from the cookbooks!
