My husband gives this five stars! And it is the easiest custard pie I have ever made. It is February, so my peaches while soft were probably not all that juicy. It still needed an extra 5 minutes so I would always go long on the time.
This was an awesome recipe! So easy, absolutely delicious and turned out perfect. Had to bake it 15 minutes longer but it wasn't really an issue. Even my foodie friends approved...only criticism was that I should have made two.
