Make and share this Peach Crumble recipe from Food.com.
- Pour peaches into 8 X 8 pan.
- Mix ingredients and pour over top of fruit.
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter and pour on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes.
I assumed that the peaches were not to be drained so I went with that. I do agree with the last review that it needs some spices. I would add cinnamon to the topping in the future. A nice simple recipe though, thanks for sharing. Made for Spring PAC 2013.
This recipe was good, but I had to make some adjustments. First, one can of peaches didn't even cover the bottom of the pan, so I used two instead. I wasn't sure whether to drain them or not, and did, but then it looked like it might need a little liquid, so I threw in some apple juice (as I had already discarded the peach juice). The timing was great on the cooking, but I felt it needed something -- a little spice of some sort. Will make again though, as it was easy to throw together, but with some alterations.
