  • Preheat oven to 350ˆ. Spray 13 x9 pan and line with parchment paper, set aside.
  • Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs, one at a time.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Sift flour, baking soda, and baking powder and add alternately with sour cream. Pour batter into pan spreading evenly.
  • Peel and slice peaches into bite size pieces. Toss with flour, sugar and cinnamon.
  • Sprinkle over top of cake batter.
  • Mix oatmeal and flour with sugar and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until it becomes the size of peas and stir in chopped nuts.
  • Sprinkle over cake and bake for 40 minutes.
  • Cool cake thoroughly and dust with confectioners sugar, if desired.
