Instead of the canned peaches; you can use 4 cups fresh peach slices. Very easy recipe and very GOOD!.......

Directions

  1. Arrange the peaches in an ovenproof casserole dish.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over the peaches.
  3. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30-45 minutes.
  4. Serve with vanilla ice cream.

Simple, easy to use recipe that is a family hit. I drained the peaches since I was using canned, so I'm curious if it would be an even juicier {tastier} recipe if I used some or all of the juices.

Recipe was delicious and easy/quick to make! A definite crowd-pleaser.

I put my own touch on the recipe: I sprinkled my peaches lightly with sweet red wine before adding the mixture over top, I added one pouch of maple-flavored instant oatmeal to the mixture, and then topped the dish with one pouch of original instant oatmeal/ sliced almonds/ and diced cherries.
