1. Simple, easy to use recipe that is a family hit. I drained the peaches since I was using canned, so I'm curious if it would be an even juicier {tastier} recipe if I used some or all of the juices.

 2. Recipe was delicious and easy/quick to make! A definite crowd-pleaser.

I put my own touch on the recipe: I sprinkled my peaches lightly with sweet red wine before adding the mixture over top, I added one pouch of maple-flavored instant oatmeal to the mixture, and then topped the dish with one pouch of original instant oatmeal/ sliced almonds/ and diced cherries.

 3. Lovely recipe! I used blueberries as well as peaches, and this was loved by everyone!

 4. I wanted to use up my nectarines before they went bad and this is the recipe I used. It is super easy to make and super yummy. I like how it is actually crispy. Some recipes I have made the topping gets too soggy. I am pretty sure you could use almost any kind of fruit with this recipe. It is keeper!!

 5. Love this! My husband has celaic so we made it gluten free by using a cup of Pamela's baking mix for the flour. I only had one can of peaches so I added two apples peeled and sliced. It was SOO good!

Tweaks

 1. I got a huge quantity of peaches from a friend and this was the perfect way to use them up. I microwaved the peaches and that made them easier to peel. It takes about 15 seconds per peach. I added some oatmeal to the topping and used vegan margarine instead of butter. I topped it with some Coconut Whipped Cream. It was so good. My hubby liked this because it wasn't sweet. Great recipe and thanks for sharing.
