This recipe comes to me from Sarah Hitchcock. She was introduced to us as she was a great friend of Evelyn, my sister-in-law. She and her husband Ed, have since become great friends of the entire family.....maybe they are family! She noted "It is also really good made with berries"

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. In oven, melt cube of butter in baking dish while preparing batter by combining all ingredients except fruit.
  2. Pour batter back and forth over melted butter, sprinkle fruit over batter evenly and then lightly top with cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
