- 1.75 g package sugar free peach gelatin
- 59.14 ml boiling water
- 226.79 g container fat-free whipped topping
- 2 (340.19 g) peach yogurt
- 340.19-425.24 g can sliced peaches, cut into bite-size pieces (drained)
directions
- Dissolve gelatin in water.
- Stir in yogurt till well blended. Using a whisk works very well.
- Fold in whipped topping with a spatula.
- Fold in peach slices.
- Refregerate for at least 2 hours.
