Questions & Replies

  1. Question re: cover and let sit in cool dark place. Seal the bottle or cover top of the bottle with filter paper or, like home-made wine, connect the cover (cork) to a venting system that leaks gas under water? Thanks

  2. Do you peel the peaches?

  3. with the Peaches, would Canned Peaches be acceptable?

  4. We have this white mold-like coat on the top — is this safe, or do we need to throw this batch out? Thanks.

Reviews

  1. My husband made this for a fellow who gave us a LOT of peaches from his orchard. When it was finally finished, we gave it a sample and it was the most wonderful brandy I have ever tried! We have given some to a couple of friends and they are begging for more!
