A wonderful fruit duo combines to make a delicious crumble dessert. Serve with vanilla ice cream and it is even better!

  • Topping

  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 12 tablespoons butter, cut in small pieces
  • Fruit

  • 6 ripe peaches, peeled,pitted & thickly sliced
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 12 cup sugar

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine flour, 3/4 c sugar and salt.
  2. Cut in butter until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
  3. Chill topping until ready to use.
  4. Toss together peaches, blueberries and 1/2 c sugar.
  5. Pour fruit mixture into 8" ceramic dish.
  6. Cover fruit with crumble topping.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
