  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Toss well and set aside.
  • Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and combine with a fork or fingers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Spray a deep-dish pie pan with nonstick spray and pour in fruit mixture.
  • Cover fruit with topping.
  • Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until juices are bubbly and warm.
  • May serve with frozen yogurt or light whipped topping.

I'm disable now for a couple years. I was in sales for 25 years and was a policeman for 5 years before that and just floated around a few years before that. I've been married to the same gal for 30 years, got two sons and two grandchildren. I got into the recipe seen and have got hooked on it, I'm not a cook but I'm learning as I go.
