  1. Put the frozen fruit in a pie plate.
  2. Sprinkle it with sugar, tapioca, and lemon juice.
  3. Microwave it on high for 4 minutes.
  4. Remove it from the microwave and stir it.
  5. Prepare cobbler: Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and lemon rind.
  6. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until you've formed coarse crumbs.
  7. Stir in milk.
  8. Drop by tablespoons over filling.
  9. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

Am not a big fan of peaches but i saw this recipe and decided to try it and glad i did. The blueberries gave it a added flavor which i really enjoyed. Thanks for posting.
