Energizing and healthy -- great after school snack for the kids.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 (8 ounce) containers non-fat strawberry yogurt
  • 1 cup sliced peaches (fresh or frozen) or 1 cup nectarine (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup sliced strawberry
  • 1 cup crushed ice


  1. In blender container, combine all ingredients. Cover, blend 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.
  2. Frozen whole strawberries, slightly thawed, can be substituted.


Most Helpful

Great flavor and a thicker style smoothie. The peaches didnt look to good so I used nectarines and did need to add a bit of sugar to cut down on the tartness.
