If you simply replace the frozen peaches with canned peaches and a bit more ice it is HEAVEN!!!

I'm with Chef 1309809! After reading the reviews, I bought a large can of canned peaches, drained off the syrup, and froze them. They were perfect! For brunch, I made them as is with the canned peaches. For a hot afternoon chilling by the lake, I threw in some vodka. Can't miss with this one.....

Peach Bellinis are my favorite drink, so I was very excited to find this recipe. However, it was a bit disappointing. It definitely needs some sweetening up and I would suggest using more peach schnapps to enhance the flavor.

Lovely peachy drink! I had some leftover champagne from another drink that I made so that is what I used. I didn't have any peach schnapps but I don't think I felt like anything was missing. Thanks for the beautiful afternoon drink. Made for ZWT4.

Since I don't have a lot of experience with peach bellinis, it is kind of hard for me to rate this. I like the drink overall, but thought it was not quite as sweet as I would prefer. I ended up adding some simple syrup to sweeten it a bit. This could have been attributed to the frozen peaches I used. It's a very quick and easy drink to mix up and would be a great refreshment in the summertime.

I made these last night.....I think it might just be my new favourite drink! I followed the recipe almost exactly, but also added a couple of splashes of Appleton Estate Jamaican Rum to deeepen the flavour a little bit more. I garnished with peaches and maraschino cherries. My BF and I thoroughly enjoyed them....thanks for posting! :D
