The perfect start for a springtime brunch!
- 177.44 ml peach schnapps
- 709.77 ml grapefruit juice
- ice cube (1 tray)
- 1 large round grapefruit, cut into quarters, for garnish
- Pour schnapps and grapefruit into 2-quart pitcher; stir until mixed. Refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour.
- At serving time, add ice cubes and stir. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with grapefruit wedges, if desired.
This is a real treat! I used ruby red grapefruit juice and it was perfect with the peach flavor. Smooth and sweet and goes down easy - thanks for sharing the recipe!
